Artist in Residence
From time to time, DSS is thrilled to host a travelling dancer in Atlanta. For a week they lend us their talent, their enthusiasm, their inspiration. Whether in a class or simply on the dance floor, the Aritist in Residence series is a totally unique learning experience that we hope you'll love as much as we do!

The Artist in Residence program at Down South Swing hosts a teacher (or two) to spend an extended period of time in Atlanta, social dancing, teaching, and participating in our local scene. They are available for individual or group private lessons in addition to teaching at our weekly venues and a weekend workshop. We invite them to DJ, perform, and share their passion on a more 'in-depth' level than a hurried three day weekend provides. 

Although not technically part of our Artist in Residence series, this one-day class and dance is an exciting addition to the Down South Swing lineup. We hope to see you there for some seriously amazing dancing!
